Starting a vegetable garden has been something I've wanted to do since we got married. (nearly 7 years!) Anyway, this year I decided it was time since:
A. this spring/summer I can actually bend at the waist (last year I could NOT)
B. We now have a yard that's condusive to it
Since I am no good at pushing full wheelbarrows and digging with huge shovels, I needed this guy:
Oh yeah, I can't operate the sod cutter either. :)

All ready and prepped for some veggies to grow
I have been cHoMpInG at the bit to get started, but from all the master gardners I've talked to, they say it's best to wait until after Easter
cuuuuuuuccccccuumbers, t.o.m.a.t.o.e.s., PEPPERS, peas
mmmm.mmmm.mmmm

How sweet! This makes me sad that I will not have a yard to do a vegetable garden in NYC. Grow some peas for me!
