"The fundamental mission of motherhood now is the same as it always was: to nurture, protect, and instruct children, to create a home environment that enables them to learn and grow, to help them develop a heart for God and his purposes, and to send them out into the world prepared to live both fully and meaningfully."

Soccer

Is that not the cutest pinkie pie soccer player you've ever seen??
AnnMarie had her first go this fall at playing a sport.  SOCCER!  To be honest, it was not her favorite thing, but I was very proud of her for completing the season.  :)
We started out with lots of practices...

The WFC was a great place for her to start since they don't keep score and she just got to learn what it's like to have a coach and play on a team.  I think her favorite part of the season was buying the shin guards, cleats, and PINK socks.

We take it for granted, but I want to be thankful for this---we prayed before every game.

I think this was AM's biggest strength of the season---giving a big KICK in!
Go Jaguars!

David and Caprice were her little buddies on the team.  Their daddies were also the coaches.  We had a great first experience with very caring coaches----it might have also been our last, but still! :)
