A Hoppy Easter!

Wednesday we hopped over to AnnMarie's Easter party at school...

First we went outside for an egg hunt.

Friday we went over to Meg's house for another hunt and to dye some eggs!  All the big kids were serious about their hunting, but they did stop to pose for a picture.

The littles weren't as interested in "hunting" as they were in "eating".  :) 
Clark checked out Miles's basket. 

But then he threw down the egg I tried to get him to put in his basket. 
Nap time!  We had a great time-------Thanks, Meg! :)

That afternoon we left for Midland and made it there in record time (4 hours and 45 minutes!).  New route? check!
The weather was beautiful!

AnnMarie had been talking and talking about Madison and was so happy to see her!

The Easter bunny had to get up a little early because she forgot to set out treats the night before! :)

After church Clarky slept on us the whole time.  He was BURNING up, and we found out today he has double ear infections.  :(  He was a trooper though.  When he's sick he's very lethargic so it did scare Mommy a bit!  After a long drive home (bad storms through Abilene), we made it safe and sound. 

It was a beautiful weekend celebrating our risen Lord and spending fun time with family.
