"The fundamental mission of motherhood now is the same as it always was: to nurture, protect, and instruct children, to create a home environment that enables them to learn and grow, to help them develop a heart for God and his purposes, and to send them out into the world prepared to live both fully and meaningfully."

-Sally Clarkson from the Mission of Motherhood

MC is 20 months

We got to meet baby Townley!  Don't get to see near enough of Miss Wendi as we want to!  Townley made Mary Claire seem so big! {tear}

Sunday School with Brighton
These little third baby sisters are something else!

Hugs in the tub

Playing with cousin SC

Wreaking havoc in the front seat

She got to ride facing forward for a short trip in Daddy's car.

Having a lazy morning with Mommy

We had fun playing with cousin Tucker that came to see us all the way from Alabama!

It's a rough life for the third.  Very out of character for her, but she stayed in the stroller and even fell asleep in it for the entire Woodway Elementary Fall Festival!

March of Dimes

We got to attend a really fun event with some of our favorites for a great cause.  Sean works with Stacey and Kurt who just happen to have some pretty awesome wives.  :)
with Caryn and Jen (Jen's daughter, Audrey, is alive and well today because of the research provided through the March of Dimes and the drug, Surfactin.)

Guess who else was there?  None other than my bestie, Kristiana!

Awkward formal and tense selfie.  haha Always forget to take couple pics!

Zoo field trip

I love moments when I get to spend one on one time with my children.
I didn't snap alot of pics, but he had a lot of fun pal-ing around with his buddies skipping from animal to animal!
After zoo snack time with Mackenzie and Julia

The whole adorable class!

Enjoyed our time together.  Love my sweet Bubs!

Grandparents Day for Clark

Love this special day at Woodway Christian School!

Grandparents Day at Clark's school was of course not complete without both sets being there, but I thought this picture was neat because each of these couples are friends of my parents and all have kids that were good friends of mine in high school!  Crazy that now we're all here together doing life together with the next generation.  A real blessing!

The Pageturners

My sweet friend, Alison, from high school invited me to be in a book club.  I felt so honored to be invited, but yet so unworthy because I am not a reader!  Meaning, it's not my first hobby choice.  But---I think it's really good for you and always enjoy reading good books once I get started.  Also, "da club" keeps me motivated to actually finish one.  Best part is, it's been SO much fun every time we meet, and I'm so thankful to be in a group with all of these wonderful friends.  Here's to becoming a better (and more frequent) reader!

Tech Game

Sean and his buddies planned a little two day trip for the guys and the wives to go up to Dallas to watch Tech's opening game against SMU.  So fun to get away even if just for a night!
Pretty excited guy

The crew!  I'm so glad Sean has a good group of Tech friends in Waco.

It was sWeLtErInG, but we still had a good time.  I heart college football season!

MC is 19 months

Doing some catching up here!
She loves brushing her teeth (by herself!)

Gettin sporty

Poor Brady.  I'm afraid MC was not being the best influence.

Rehearsal dinner slideshow pic!

Being silly with Brighton

This happens...alot.

I was trying really hard to keep her quiet and still during the PTA meeting.  Both are very hard things to do!

Sweet Hailey always takes care of her at the gym.

Cousins who love each other

Checking out Daddy's new ride!

Playing with Mommy's old doll furniture set

The love this one has for dogs is unbelievable!

Doing some gymnastics with Sissy
